George created multiple successful start ups for both retail and wholesale channels. George was involved in AI games, 3D printing products, production line maintenance, merchant service software and interfaces. George is characterized as a modern era genius in all aspects of IT and applications. George has a Master’s in Mathematics from MSU.

Charles Runyon leads Business Development for OneDiligence, where he drives strategic growth across the company’s document‑processing, data‑extraction, QC automation, and AI‑powered workflow solutions for mortgage servicers, investors, and capital‑markets clients. He brings more than 25 years of experience spanning mortgage operations, financial services, and large‑scale client relationship management. Before joining OneDiligence, Charles held senior leadership roles in operations, client services, and sales at a national mortgage services company, where he oversaw major client portfolios and helped modernize workflow and service delivery. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 15 years in leadership and client‑facing roles across NYSE and American Stock Exchange and Wall Street firms, gaining deep experience in capital markets, operational efficiency, and institutional client management. At OneDiligence, Charles focuses on building long‑term partnerships, expanding AI‑driven automation capabilities, and helping clients streamline complex document, data, and QC processes across the mortgage lifecycle.
